The Social Side
Our members come to events from all over the country so having somewhere to stay for the weekend is essential. Social weekends with free camping is part of the membership deal but you do have to bring your own tent, caravan or motorhome! Ready to join?
When you join the The English Civil War Society you become a member of a regiment in one of the two opposing armies, The King's Army (the Royalist side) or The Roundhead Association (the Parliamentarian side). We recommend that you read the short informative articles about each regiment before making your choice. You can find these by selecting the tabs to the left of this one.
If you click on one of the army names below you will see a form that allows you to select a regiment within that army and to ask for information about joining it. A message will be sent to the appropriate membership secretary who will reply as soon as they can.
