On Sunday 13th September, as part of the Heritage Open Days, Norfolke Trayned Bandes and friends will be presenting a drill display and Living Hisotry at Farnham Castle, to which public access is normally limited to wedding participants and similar. We have the use of the Great Lawn for drill displays of pike, shotte and cannon with a small sutlery. The main building is open for self guided tours and visitors can see the various interior features.
The site is not normally open to the public, so this is a rare chance to see the historic building in its beautiful grounds.
The castle is located at Castle St., Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7JA. There is plenty of on site parking
